  • You must not impersonate another person or provide false information.

Our Services

  • We enable users to buy electricity tokens by entering their prepaid meter number and making payments via integrated payment gateways.
  • We offer SMS and email delivery of token information (when such contact info is provided).
  • Token delivery is generally instant but may be delayed due to technical issues or third-party provider latency.

Payment and Charges

Payments are processed through secure third-party services (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave).

  • Users may be charged a convenience/service fee, disclosed before completing a transaction.
  • All payments are final. No refunds are issued for transactions completed with correct meter details unless due to a system error.

User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading meter or identity details
  • Interfere with the system architecture, network, or security features
  • Use the service for fraudulent activities, including money laundering or phishing
  • Resell tokens or impersonate our platform without written authorization

Transaction Disputes

If you believe your transaction was processed incorrectly:

  • You must contact support within 24 hours of the transaction
  • Investigations may take up to 5 working days
  • Refunds, if approved, will only be issued for duplicate or failed purchases due to technical error

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Breach these terms or any applicable law
  • Engage in abuse, harassment, or misuse of the platform
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the system

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect meter entries by users
  • Third-party service downtime (e.g., DisCo or payment gateway issues)
  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform
